Deanna Moser Driscoll has owned and directed The Dancing School for over 31 years. She has recently relinquished control of the Dancing School to Beth Zobian who has danced under her direction for 30+ years. Deanna, a former dancer with The San Francisco Ballet, has trained with Harold and Lew Christiansen, Madame Maria Baldina of The Russian Imperial Ballet and with Peter Van Moydon of The Royal Netherlands Ballet.

Deanna has participated as a guest ballet teacher for Dance In Action conventions over the years. Her active involvement with the professional dance community affords her the opportunity to positively influence future dancers through the use of technically current dance instruction in a dynamic and nurturing environment.

Deanna was the co-founder and former co-director of The Fresno Jazz Company and the founder and director of The 2nd Street Dancers. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of San Francisco.

In addition to directing The Dancing School, she had been a consultant to the Fresno Unified School District's Roosevelt School of the Arts for the past 19 years. As one of the founding faculty members, Deanna has watched many of her students attain professional status in the performing arts.

Deanna is active in the local community as a member of the Board of Directors of the Selma Arts Council, as well as choreographing many performances for the Raisin Cain Players and other community groups.
